Set up AutoPay
AutoPay is a feature that makes an automatic payment toward your account using any payment method saved on your wallet in KUBRA MyHQ+™. You choose the relevant account(s) for AutoPay, payment method, payable amount, and payment frequency.
For AutoPay to work, make sure your preferred payment method is valid. For example, if your credit card expires or you have insufficient funds in your bank account, the AutoPay transaction will be declined.
Before enabling AutoPay, make sure you have linked an account to your profile and one or more valid payment methods set up.
NoteIf multiple MyHQ+ profiles are linked to the same account and AutoPay is enabled for one of the profiles, you cannot disable it. AutoPay can only be disabled for the MyHQ+ profile that is making payments.
Enable AutoPay
- Log in to MyHQ+.
- On the home page, select the Accounts tab.
- Locate the relevant account and select Settings.
- Select AutoPay. A pop-up window will appear.

- If you select 31 as the calendar day, AutoPay will occur on the last day of the month that only has 30 days.
- If you select 29, 30, or 31 as the calendar day, AutoPay will occur on the last day of the month that has less than 29 days.
- If you select Full balance, AutoPay will cover the total payable amount.
- Select when the AutoPay payment will be made. Your options are on the due date, three days before the due date, or five days before the due date.
