Sign in and out

You can log in to KUBRA MyHQ+™ using the website link provided by your service provider. The process is different depending on whether you're creating a new profile or accessing an existing one.

Sign in to a new profile

1. On the login page, below the Forgot password? option, select Create profile.
2. In the Create your profile window, enter your first and last name, email address, and password.
3. Select Continue. A verification code will be sent to your email address.
4. Enter the verification code to complete your registration.

Sign in to an existing profile

1. On the login page, enter your login email and password.
2. Select Sign in to log in.
3. If two-factor authentication (2FA) is enabled, enter the verification code sent to your email or mobile device to access your profile.

If you forgot your password, select Forgot password? under the Sign in button and follow the password reset steps.

Sign out

After logging in to MyHQ+:

1. Select the Profile dropdown menu on the top right-side of the screen.
2. Select Sign out.
