Set up your payment method(s)

KUBRA MyHQ+™ has a My wallet feature that allows you to add your preferred payment methods. After adding a payment method, you can set it to default so that all bills can be paid via the same payment method.

Access my wallet

1. Log in to KUBRA MyHQ+™.
2. Select the Profile dropdown menu on the right-side of the screen.
3. Select My wallet.

Add a card

1. After accessing my wallet, select Add card.
2. Enter your card details.
3. Select the checkbox to set the card as your default payment method.
4. Select Add.

Add a bank account

1. After accessing my wallet, select Add bank.
2. Enter your bank details.
3. Select the checkbox to set the bank account as your default payment method.
4. Select Add.

Remove a payment method

After setting up a card or bank account as a payment method:

1. Select the Profile dropdown menu on the right-side of the screen.
2. Select My wallet.
3. Hover over the payment method that needs to be removed and select the Delete icon on the right side of the screen.
4. In the confirmation slide-out menu, select the Delete button to remove the payment method.
