Update your password

You can update or reset your password on KUBRA MyHQ+™ from both the login screen and your profile settings in KUBRA MyHQ+™.

From the login screen

1. On the MyHQ+ login screen, select Forgot password?
2. Enter the email associated with your profile and select Send.
3. Check your email for a Reset your password message and select Reset password.
4. Enter and confirm your new password, then select Reset password.

You will be logged into MyHQ+ after resetting your password.

From your profile

1. Log in to MyHQ+.
2. Select the Profile dropdown menu on the top right-side of the screen.
3. Select My profile, and then select Security.
4. Select Change password.
5. Enter your current password, then enter and confirm a new password that meets the password requirements.
6. Select Change password.
